Papilles (Taste Buds) is a cooking show that gets viewers’ mouths watering with unheard-of recipes and a breathtaking range of original food-drink pairings: wine, beer, sake, spirits, liqueurs, coffee, tea, etc. Co-hosted by friendly well-known chef-sommelier-researcher François Chartier and his wingman, renowned Quebec chef Stéphane Modat, Papilles features cuisine that’s sometimes explosive but always easy, accessible and down-to-earth.
