This large-scale construction competition features ten couples who dream of finally having their own house. They roll up their sleeves and get to work with a view to demonstrating their skills, showing they can work as a team, and most of all, becoming homeowners! To achieve their goal, they must build a new house from a mere shell, including all the phases of construction and finishing. From episode to episode, the challenges add up. The competing couples have to give it their all and then some to avoid elimination. Their work is inspected by experts—game master Pierre-Alexandre Fortin and two contractor judges Stéphanie Lévesque and Daniel Pitre, who assess the contestants and provide guidance throughout the competition. The winning couple wins their furnished and completed house, valued at $350,000.
