Le moment de vérité

Le moment de vérité returns with a fresh, modern and ambitious new take, inviting teens aged 15 to 17 to push their limits through challenges that are as surprising as they are demanding.

Each week, three teams take on a memory, skill-based or sensory challenge after hours of preparation. Focus, composure and teamwork are essential as they compete for prizes tailored to their passions. Regardless of the outcome, each team also receives a contribution to support a cause close to their hearts.

At the end of each episode, a celebrity guest steps outside their comfort zone to take on a challenge of their own. If they succeed, the amount awarded to the teams is doubled.

Le moment de vérité shines a spotlight on authentic teens as they learn to handle pressure, believe in themselves and discover the power of teamwork — with all of Quebec cheering them on.
