Affable chef Martin Juneau takes the highways and byways of Quebec with a mission to unearth the very best local recipes. Each week, this tasty 30-minute televisual trip features homegrown hopefuls presenting their personal versions of a regional specialty. Chef Juneau then chooses two favorites from among them and attempts to enhance them to boost their chances of winning the week’s prize. Who will win the Juneau Award for best blueberry pie or mac & cheese? It’s the community who is the ultimate judge : they will taste and determine the winner!
