On passe à l’histoire (Going Down in History) is a fun and educational general knowledge entertainment show that focuses on the life of a famous person, either historical or contemporary. It’s a simple premise: digging deep into the life of a Cleopatra, Molière or Kennedy and turning it into an avalanche of revelations and questions in different categories – encyclopedic, quirky, pop culture – about the chosen historical figure and their world. Three guests – Quebec stars and celebrities with the gift of the gab – accompany the host on this trip back in time! An expert historian is also on hand to add some background to the surprising facts that are revealed.
